Just a quick note to thank you for the great service. We had to postpone our trip to Vietnam twice due to work commitments and you assisted us efficiently, even after all our amendments! The airport transfers as well as the transfers to and from Halong Bay were all on time. We loved Halong Bay - it is amazing place! The staff on the junk were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms on the Annam Junk were clean and comfortable. Hi Albert,

Just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay. The driver arrived at the hotel exactly at 8 am in a very clean new car, and it was most comfortable for the long ride. When we arrived at the boat area, we were immediately met by the boat coordinator who escorted us directly to our boat. I was expecting one of the smaller boats and an older one, because we were only a group of two. But the boat was large and spacious and the inside cabin was new and very …very nice. The crew were friendly and provided us with cold drinks before we departed. The weather was absolutely perfect on the Bay and it was not hot, but was very pleasant. After we visited the caves, they served us a nice lunch with French wine. When we arrived at the hotel, it was better than 4 star in my opinion and …………they were very friendly and checked us in immediately. I didn’t take any photos of the room, but it was very spacious and nicely decorated. I did take some pictures of the main lobby when we were waiting for the driver to pick us up in the morning. We walked around a little at night and in looking at the other hotels……………I think this was one of the better ones….and our room overlooked the Bay……..which was an added bonus.Albert, I just want to take this moment to say thank you so much for putting together a first rate tour package for me…….and every detail was perfect. You are a good promoter and a very good friend.

I have just returned fro a 5 week holiday in Vietnam and I used the services of Vietnam Sunrise Travel on a couple of occasions - one for a fantastic day golf trip to the Phoneix Resort course and the second for an overnight Halong Bay tour. Everything was well organised and there were no difficulties - in fact both trips were excellent. Vietnam Sunrise Travel represenatative, Hanh, was most competent, explained everything well and ensured that my expectations were met. I would recommend this company knowing that I will use its services agian next year when I return for my 5th holiday in Vietnam

I first came into contact with this travel agent online while searching for a travel company in Vietnam. Primarily based in Hanoi, i booked a taxi from Noibai International Airport to my hotel in Hanoi through this company. I found the service to be very professional, good and convenient to use. Especially as the staff from this company spoke very good English and were very keen to please. While in Hanoi i directly contacted the company via telephone to inquire about a trip to Halong Bay. I found this experience to be very pleasant and reasonably priced. The service was good and i would definitely recommend this travel agent to ANYONE planning a trip to Vietnam

Before booking my travels I checked out many websites offering tours in Vietnam, and when I found your site I knew that I would use your services. The site is very professionaly done, and very easy to navigate. A gentleman by the name of Hanh, which is one of your guides, helped me greatly with planning for my travel. Hanh was very professional, but also very friendly which made our journey thru Vietnam much more comfortable and enjoying. His knowledge of the culture and the people of Vietnam brought us closer to the country. We loved our trip to Halong Bay. The boat ride and caves were just amazing. It was so peaceful as we cruised thru the water surrounded by hundreds of small mountains. The caves were incredible, as I have never seen caves this beautiful. Our trip to Sun Spa Resort in Quan Binh was even better than Halong Bay. The resort had to be a 4 or 5 star resort and the price for accomodations was very cheap. We felt like we were in paradise. We had such a wonderful time, many times I think about Vietnam and the beauty of the country. I can`t wait to come back. I would definately book my next trip with your company and request the services of Hanh. Thanks so much for providing us with a trip of a lifetime.
