They were able to provide me a lot of additional useful information without even requesting it. Booking through an agency in Vietnam vs picking it up at the embassy in your country is definitely much cheaper and more efficient. I was able to get everything I needed within 2 days of wiring the money over. Only issue is the only way for Sunrise to receive money is through a wire transfer which is ridiculously expensive with the fee costing more than the amount I was actually transferring over. If any suggestions for improvement, I would suggest putting another option to send money over through online credit card booking or paypal. However, at the moment, no business in Vietnam can accept payment by credit cards online (except some international or governmental companies who use merchant account in overseas countries). Paypal is not friendly to Vietnam businesses because at the moment, it does not allow us to receive money or withdraw money. We use Moneybookers or Xoom instead if clients want to pay through payment gateways such as Paypal. We are also working hard with some financial companies in Vietnam to upgrade our payment system so our clients will be able to enjoy our cheap rates without any hassles soon. Thanks!

My travel agent in Australia did not tell us that we need a visa to visit Vietnam. Fortunately, we found Vina Sunrise and the very kind people helped us solve everything. The visa approval letter was very helpful and convenient. I was kind of scared before taking it but everything went well and thank to it, we had a wonderful trip in Vietnam.
