I travel from my home in Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi often to do business in Hanoi. My last trip was Sept 2008 and before that in June 2008 and aapril 2008. Each time i stay at the Indochina Hotel and i have a favorite suite that i always request. Sunrise Travel always confirms my reservation, my favorite suite, and send me a confirmation voucher for the dates and rate we agreed. The Hotel staff are always so nice and they try to assist you with every need.......including when i forgot to bring an Umbrella for the trip. the Hotel staff make you feel like you are staying in a private home, and they are your family........they are warm and courteous and make you feel welcomed and at home. That is why i continue to return to the same hotel. It is reasonably priced and although not 4 or 5 star, if you like personalized service and warm people....then you will like this hotel.
