I came to Vietnam from the USA about a year Ago. Vietnam Sunrise Travel has provided me with hotel reservations, and arranged side trips to Ha Long Bay on ocassion. They have always provided the highest quality of service and friendly, courteous service. They would confirm my reservations, send me a copy of hotel voucher, and provide me with an itinerary of my trip. Often, meeting me at my hotel to review everything with me. I always felt that i was receiving first class service. My trip in April to Ha Long Bay was arranged exclusively through Sunrise Travel and the hotel, private car, and boat was all done efficiently and professionally and everything was on time. I even asked to have my visa extended while i was traveling and they did that as well.....notifying the hotel that i would not have my passport. When i returned from my trip, my passport was returned and my visa extended. I would recommend Vietnam Sunrise travel to anyone considering a business or leisure trip and whether needing first class or economy arrangements

We had to postpone our trip to Vietnam twice due to work commitments and you assisted us efficiently, even after all our amendments! The airport transfers as well as the transfers to and from Halong Bay were all on time. We loved Halong Bay - it is amazing place! The staff on the junk were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms on the Annam Junk were clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend Vietnam Sunrise Travel to our friends and family - thank you, we had a wonderful time.
